sailing route
« on: June 22 2022, 08:07 »
Good day all.  Has anybody out there had the experience of sailing West Scotland to The Solent.    I need to move my boat a B42 later tis year.  Looking at the charts there seems to be several options.  I will be in a bit of a hurry max 10 days, so may well motor sail a good proportion.   I'm looking at stops, Peel Marina IOM,  Then either Ireland (Arklow) or Milford Haven.   Then Maybe Padstow and around to Newland in Cornwall.   Once In the Channel I'm in familiar waters.   Any suggestion’s.   I don't want to be more that about 36 hours at sea in one go if I can help it.    Oh and any volunteers with knowledge would help (all expenses paid)

I wish I were that side of the Atlantic.  I'd love to do that trip!
