ESW 202 Panel - How do I open it?
« on: July 22 2014, 21:15 »
2005 Bav 46 Cruiser.
I am not getting 230 volt AC to any sockets in the boat. I'm connected to shore power, same result if I use the inverter.
On the AC power panel (ESW 202) the green 230 volt light is not coming on. If I move the main circuit braker half way the light comes on.
I have to assume the problem is with the main breaker, but I can not work out how to get into the panel.
Does anyone know how to open this panel?

I do not know if you mean how to become the power panel out of the wall? You have to open the left side bei two cross srews with 90 degrees to the left. open the door and put your hand in in. you will feel 4 screws to open by hand in the corners of the power panel. But pay attention, first put the shore power of and unplug the 12V DC.
good luck

Thanks for your response paulemeier1.
There is a wing nut in each corner. The right hand ones are quite fiddly to get at.
Now I just need to replace the RCD module and I'll have power again.
