Hi,
Anyone may know who make those #$@& electric lifting arms for Bavaria?
The price BAV's asking is way too high for something that IMHO will last for 1- 2 seasons max...
If you have those on your boat how are they? anyone changed them? With what? How?
Love this fine boat (2008 B38C) but HATE the Electric transom Bathing Platform concept!
Any advise will be thanked.

Pulled mine apart and rebuild them four years ago, reset the start stop points, they have worked perfectly since.

I rebuilt mine and made mods to ensure that water doesn't enter the inside past the basically non-existent seals in the original.

If the rams are properly sealed and PROPERLY adjusted they work perfectly.

I also added a remote to mine so it can open it as I approach from 50-100m away so it's ready to step on by the time I get to the boat.
