She was built in 2011 & first launched July 2012. She is the new Bruce Farr design Hull same as the newer Bavaria cruiser 37's which started build in 2013 with twin helms only Sea Jade has a single helm wheel.Still has the huge drop down transom as the 37 does.Also has the full cockpit canopies.
We are the second owners & have the all the Original paperwork including VAT documents & Bill of sales, & documents to prove where she was on Brexit day.
We have a copy of our purchasing survey from December 2017
Sea Jade is the 2 cabin version & has always been in private hands ( not chartered) and has a fully battened main sail in a stack pack.
All the big ticket items have been replaced in the last 2 years .

Lifted July 2023 Hull sanded all antifoul removed & 3 coats of epoxy applied & 2 coats of antifoul & 4 coats of antifoul applied at the waterline & rudder.
July 2023 keel completely refurbished sanded 4 coats of Fertan rust inhibitor applied 4 coats of epoxy barrier coats & 3 coats of antifoul applied.
Engine is the upgraded Volvo D 130 29hp current hours are 683 last serviced in July 2024
Things to be removed & are not included in the sale they are required for our new boat.
