Bavaria 31 1999 fairlead wanted

During the recent storms, unfortunately, I had the starboard bow fairlead ripped off the deck. Looking at the damage it seems as if the 3 holding screws suffered corrosion and this weakened the fixing. I have looked on SVB but they are out of stock. Photo attached of the existing port side fairlead
