Bavaria Style cleats circa 2000
« on: September 05 2023, 16:05 »
Thinking of adding a pair of cleats to the stern cap rail. Would be nice to make a match with the other deck cleats which are stamped Bavaria - about 30cm long. Any ideas where to obtain these?

Don't think they are Bavaria specific on that model, nor used on later models from what I have seen.

If you mean the wonderful polished stainless steel cleats from the Ocean series that have a closing plate at the bottom and a cast Bavaria compass needle logo in the top, those are utterly unobtainable.

I thought so but hoping for a recycled opportunity. I may opt to use the chinese equivalent but they are only 20cm long
