I'd be surprised if you can easily find replacement handles.  Try looking for a maker's name on the inside of the hatch, that might point you in the right direction.

Might be a good job for 3D printing as well.

The entire door isn't too expensive though, if it's one of the sizes yachtshop.eu have in stock.
