Very much doubt it. Bavaria has never published Polars.
Doubt anyone interested in owning a 35H shallow draft would be looking for good sailing performance. I owned a later 37 which is essentially the same boat but stretched a bit with the same keel. I bought it for charter in the Ionian where sailing ability is low on the list of priorities, and I wanted shallow draft so that I could transit the French canals. It was an excellent boat (as is the 35) - spacious easy to sail provided you did not want to go to windward in anything other than light airs and very durable. Unless you have a specific requirement for shallow draft, the standard 1,8m draft would be a much better sailing boat.
