Ceiling Lights Black Retaining plastic ring

One of Mirages lights is missing the black plastic retaining rim, that holds the glass in - I have replacement glass just no way of holding it in! Is there anywhere you can buy spares without buying the whole unit?

This wouldn't be an issue, however, my 2 year old has figured out how to pull out my flash new LED bulbs  ::) ;D.

I know these aren't the same as the Bavaria plastic ones but might be worth a try?

I've got one or two dodgy plastic ones too - sure they were going to break when I recently changed to LED.

on a related note, even after dropping to lower brightness LED bulbs I still found they glare a bit too much.  Fitting small circles of this diffuser film on top of the glass helped quite a bit:
