Bavaria 36 2003 Centre cleat
« on: April 05 2018, 18:28 »
My 2003 Bavaria 36 has a sort of moulding on each side where a centre cleat could be installed.  Does anyone know how hard / easy it is to fit these?  I heard that the clutches on the cabin roof have a metal plate pre-installed under the fibreglass so you can drill and tap if you need to install additional units. Would the clever Germans have done the same with the centre cleats by chance?

Hi There

I would assume so if you take off the wooden skirt inside and look up you should see the metal plate inside or at least you can on my Bavaria 34 year 2001. I have cleats in both side midships
