BJB 43.409 Switches used in FAWO Light Fittings
« on: October 10 2015, 10:00 »
The FAWO Light Fitting 06135T41197 used in many Bavarias has small switches inside like this (marked 43.409):

More details on the BJB web site

The hinges on the top can easily snap off, and I've just been quoted £2.50 each plus £15 delivery. However, if I buy in large quantities I can get the price down to about £1 each, I can then send to others with P&P at cost.

Please add your user ID and quantity below if you would like to order some of these. No commitment at this stage.

I have 12 of these lights, 6 are broken, at this price it is worth getting spares.

Group buys are a great idea. Unfortunately I'm slowly replacing my shiny chrome lights, so just need a few to sell the used ones with working switches.

Yes, Nigel, I would be interested in 15 switches, I have had to change one switch and I'm sure the others won't last forever,I just changed all bulbs
to Led,The hardest part is dealing with the glass lense and retaining ring

OK, I think this has run long enough. I plan to go ahead in 24 hours or so.

Orders from the following need to be cancelled in the next 24 hours if you have changed your mind, as detailed in the format of a group buy.

The switches have arrived. It was just before I went to the boat, so I couldn't deal with it then, sorry for the delay.

I decided to order rather more than the above, getting a better discount and giving members the option of getting more. The remainder will go on eBay, probably at a higher price.

Because of the better discount, they are now £1 each including UK P&P in quantities of 5 or more.

To complete order, please send PayPal payment (as a "gift to friend") to:
Include the text "BJB", your forum ID, and your name and address in the PayPal note field.

If you don't have PayPal  (really?) I can send you a PayPal invoice that you can just pay with a card. There may be a small transaction fee, I don't know as I've had a PayPal account since they started.

There a plenty available, but I would prefer to send to the UK, do you have any contacts over here? If not, I will try to get a price for you.
