Not sure if many people know about a sailor called Patrick Laine, he sails out of La Rochelle in a Bavaria 42 called Isabelle. i find his Youtube posts are great and really worth a watch, no fuss or drama and very informative. A must for all the Bavaria haters out there and very reassuring for anyone owning one.

i really enjoy his videos, one of the few youtube sailing channels that is actually about the sailing rather than the lifestyle. he sails single handed so i find it confidence inspiring watching what he gets up to and the information he imparts.

If you read all of his blogs you will see most of the common Bavaria isseus come up and get sorted. Hope to meet him this year as we are 30 miles from La Rochelle at the moment.

Can't say enough about Patrick.  Witty, smart, and a heck of a sailor.  I wanna be him someday!
