I appear to have had a lightning strike whilst the boat was alongside in the marina (thankfully not aboard when it happened).
Among the affected items is the switchboard for 12V - photo here https://goo.gl/photos/6XQpFUd8FDgCajuV7
It seems the manufacturer is out of business, and they getting pretty rare. Before I get something custom-made, does anyone have one in new condition or know where I might look, or have suggestions for a direct swap for something similar?
Yes, I have googled and emailed a few obvious candidates such as Myyacht. :)

hi,
sadly my english ist not the best. But if I understand what you mean you can find help here
http://www.cabotron-elektronik.de
it is the same address as Trautmann, the original manufacturer.
Another opportunity is to get some replacement parts in an online shop as conrad.de
Hope you get help.

What exactly went wrong?
The right photo is of the 220V system - not much can get there damaged that does not have replacement in any hardware store (switch, circuit breakres).
The left photo is of the 12V panel - over there what may have been damaged are the printed circuit boards, but depending on what the damage is maybe an electronics repair lab can fix it as most components are quite standard.

I'm curious as to whatever became of this post? I am looking to discover the proper manner for which to connect my mast light. It's green and red wires are connected. However, the white and black sit idle.

Your question is not really related to this post topic, nevertheless from what I understand you are referring to a tricolor light where the green, red, white are leading to the respective lights and black is the common.
So green, red, white should be connected together to the same switch which should turn on this light and the black should be connected to the common (minus) busbar.

Thanks so much, I couldn't locate the answer to this...
