many thanks

I am think I have same drive on my 36 (2011). I am at the boat this WE so will try to take some photos of the rudder sensor fitment.

That would be most appreciated ripster, thank you

Many thanks Mia
Would that be a ray marine autopilot and what year is your boat my I ask
Thankyou
-
correct it's all raymarine that's installed
-
I have done it this way
-
MIA...slightly off topic sorry. But is your drive a Type 1 or Type 2. I am soon to fit a pilot to my Bav 42 and not sure if the Type 1 will be adequate.
Thanks

Pat it's a type 1, see photo (zoom in)

Thanks MIA....I see it is a Type 1. My Bav 42 is in Greece and next year I will bring her home to Tasmania. Via Panama. Need to fit a better autopilot, likely a Raymarine.
Hopefully I can convince myself the Type 1 drive is up to the job as the amount of extra power the Type 2 consumes is a worry.
