Title: Anodes on B37 Cruiser

I haven't seen this elsewhere on the forum so hopefully someone can help.
We are planning on replacing the anodes on our 2013 B37 Cruiser but ideally would do a "lift and hold" for a few hours rather than stick her on the hard. This means the anodes have to be there ready to put on. However we have no record of what we need.
We'll get details for the bow thruster from the manufacturer and the sail drive one from Volvo, I think, but what about the hull anodes ? I think these to be a specific size.

The saildrive is a 130 type with a split anode, so easy to change. However if the drive has an Ambassador Stripper fitted you will need a modified anode from Ambassador Marine. The bow thruster is likely to be a Sidepower and you  can get the anode from Osmotec at Hamble Point. There is likely also to be a "button" anode in the hull behind the saildrive. This is not protecting anything but is the ground for the electrics. Normally this does not erode significantly. Check with Clipper Marine as they keep them in stock (or did when I replaced mine on a similar design 33)

The grounding anode is just any flat round anode about 100mm diameter.  This is the sort I use on my boat - https://foxschandlery.com/products/zinc-rudder-skeg-trim-tab-flange-anode-110mm

The SidePower thruster anode is very difficult to remove.  I left the old one on the last time my boat was out of the water.

There's no need for a big anode, it won't protect anything.  The saildrive has its own anode.  And there's certainly no need for 2 anodes!  The only reason Bavaria fitted a small disc anode is to use it as a safety grounding point for the electrics.

Agree. That was not fitted at the factory. There is nothing that needs protecting with an anode like that. Suggest remove it, fill the holes and remove any internal wires. What is it connected to?
