We lost the bottom 1/2 of our swim ladder. The bolts were loose while it was hanging in current overnight and the bolts vibrated out and it dropped off. 😟
We’re considering finding a stainless person to make a new section. But I’m also wondering if a telescoping model might work as a replacement.
Anyone replaced their ladder?

Yes, I think (part of) a telescoping ladder should work fine.
I recently replaced a telescoping ladder on a 2004 B38. I was in Turkey, and somewhat skeptical that I would find the right ladder. In the end, I found several that would suit in chandlers at reasonable prices (~£75). The trick was to re-use the arms attached to the boat, and swap the ladder section at the hinge - just undoing and redoing the bolts. That way the arms were the correct length for the overhang (which is large on the B38).
