Title: Bavaria - keel bolt torque settings
Post by: Seagoon on June 03 2017, 09:11
Does anyone know if Bavaria publish keel-bolt torque settings?

I have a 2002 Bavaria 38 and it appears mine need a tweak.

I can find nothing specific online, just generic information such as http://www.engineershandbook.com/Tables/torque.htm

Why do you think they need a tweak? In normal use they do not move, so if they are loose then something has changed to cause that. So first investigate for damage before you start tightening. The studs are M24, I think, and you will have difficulty in reaching the required torque by hand without a long lever wrench.
