Hello everyone, im new to the Bavaria world, my name is killian and i started rebuilding my 2000 bavaria 42 2 years ago when i was 20 and found it totaled after a hurricane. if anyone is interested you can see some of my progress over the past two years here  https://www.facebook.com/Patriot-Marine-788079644604875/ (https://www.facebook.com/Patriot-Marine-788079644604875/) ive come a long way, but i still have a long way to go. im excited to meet the community, and if anyone has any advice or pointers, or if anyone has done a similar job i would love to hear all about it! That's one seriously beat up boat. Good luck fixing her up! You may want to take the mainsail down and store it somewhere dry while you work on her.

yeah, if you looked through all the pictures its not too beat up anymore (at least compared to how i got it) at least all the glass work is finished. If all goes well, ill find the electronics I need and ill have her ready to sail by spring. the electronics are proving to be harder to find than i originally thought.
