I like to share a mod i have done to the rear bed of our vision 40.
As I am about 7 feet (2.11m) We were sleeping kind of diagonal in the rear bunk.
What i have done is to create a small table what matches the size of the pillow normally positioned over the side area covering the boiler. 38x90cm. The sides of the table slide at the bed side justover the decoration strips.
The support slides in to a self made bracket at the bottom of the table and can be easel removed.
When you turn the whole table 90 degrees it fits again on top of the boiler space.
Just lift it away from the bed remove the leg and turn it towards to boiler space.

Bed size now in a straight line is 2.38 meters which is comfortable enough to lay straight with the pillow on the extention.
