Headlining Colour
« on: September 24 2024, 19:53 »
Hi, does anyone know of a supplier for the headlining material which is a foam backed vinyl. I am also after the original colour chart for Bavaria. I have a C37 which has been leaking through the two fixed windows in the deck behind the mast. The backing ply is rotten as a result of the leaks but will be easy enough to remake. Just need the vinyl to cover it now.

Look at the Hawke House website.

Hi,

On our previous Bavaria 300 from 1990, I experienced the same problem and I completely refurbished the interior with the same foambacked vinyl as used in later Bavaria’s.
The manufacturer is Dutch, but their supplies are available globally:

You will need to glue this with specific solvent free glue which is a bit tricky to work with. The bonding does not immediately take place so in my case I needed some additional hands to glue the panels in situe again
