I have a problem that I hope you can help solving for me.
My CPA/AIS alarm sounds, obviously typically when I approach a marina, but also at open sea when other vessels are near. This is despite the fact that I, to the best of my knowledge, have disabled this CPA/AIS alarm on all the devices that are able to generate this alarm.
In my Bavaria 37 Cruiser from 2018 I have installed a B&G Zeus 3 plotter with 2 Triton2 displays and a B&G V50 VHF radio.
All these units all have the option to enable and disable the CPA alarm and I, like previously mentioned, have already deselected the CPA alarm on these devices so in theory I shouldn`t receive any CPA alarms at all.
It might be worth mentioning that these alarms comes on very randomly, I.E I can sail for several weeks without getting it, only to some day getting it every time I`m near other boats or marinas and this is without me having made any changes to the system settings.
