Wanted B36 - 40

I am looking to buy a 3 cabin Bavaria 36 to 40.
I will be keeping her in Cornwall so I am looking for a UK boat to avoid paying v.a.t.
Ideally she will be in good condition and between 10 and 20 years old.
Please let me know if you have a boat for sale that fits my criteria.

DDZ Marine in Largs have a 2015 B36 & A 2007 b42 the 36 is a couple of berths away from me looks a tidy boat but might be too young for you.
