After three years with this boat I've realized that I need a bigger boat.
My boat is the owner version, never has been in charter, long keel, furling mast and foldable propeller.
Two 48 Harken winch for genoa sheets and one 40 Harken winch for the genoa furler are electric.
The electronic is Raymarine ST60 for the wind, speed and depth, plotter also Raymarine A50D, automatic pilot Raymarine ST6002, AIS Em Trak B954
The dinghy is 2m Quicksilver and the engine is 2,5 CV Hydea.
The engine is Volvo D2-55 with aprox. 1.000h
The boat has all the security elements to sail offshore including Epirb beacon and liferaft for 10 people.
Sails: Mainsail is new, previous owner didn't use it, genoa used but the luff has been restored, gennaker with sleeve and stay sail.
What have I done during these three years:
- Change through hulls to Trudesign.
- Removed all old antifouling, apply two new coats of epoxy primer and two coats of ablative antifouling.
- Change of gaskets and sealing ring of the saildrive.
- Cleaning of the fuel tank and installation of a pre-pre-filter.
- Change of saildrive oil, sandblasting of the propeller, primer and antifouling.
- Rigging overhauled, new turnbuckle covers.
- Removed black Sika caulking from teak deck and replaced with white TDS SIS440
- All hatches and porthole acrylics replaced
- All interior and exterior led lights
- New lifelines
- New steering wheel leather
- Nearly all the running rigging is new
- All piano clutches are Spinlock XCS in white aluminium
- New hydraulic spring in the vang
- New sprayhood, bimini, winch covers and bimini extension forward. All portholes and hatches have covers
- All cabins have 220v sockets, 12v sockets and USB sockets, several in the saloon and galley, one 12v socket and 2 USB sockets in the cockpit
- Victron charger for service batteries and Noco charger for engine batterie
- Inverter pure sine wave 4000w
- Galvanic isolator
- Battery controller Fangpusun (Chinese version of Victron)
- More than 400w of flexible solar panels with Mppt regulator, no generator needed.
- Microwave
- New fridge evaporator and compressor overhaul. Compresor moved under the gas oven
- Toilet pumps changed
- New heating element for the calorifier
- Thermostatic valve regulating maximum hot water temperature throughout the boat
I think that a fair price will be 115k€ but after putting all this in place I'm thinking that I shouldn't sell her.
