I converted my toilets to electric three years ago, no problems at all since then.
(the only trouble is if you do not open the sea-valve...)

I was hunting the parts on ebay.com for a few months, I ended up around USD 300 per toilet.
Only changed the base + pump + cover. Did not buy the Jabsco switches for USD 100, but a pair of Contura's for USD 20. I am using fresh water from the tanks for flushing and this eliminated the funny smell. The sea water is "living" in the pipes of your toilet and if you do not flush it frequently - you probably know what I mean. I got a 12V valve for USD 10 and connected it to the boats pressurized water system.
Someone wrote: noisy: yes you can hear it for lets say two times 3-5 seconds. Manual pumping is also noisy and it takes much longer.

Is the linked conversion kit meant to be compatible with Jabsco toilets?
The price sounds too good to be true. On my boat I looked at this conversion kit: https://www.svb.de/de/jabsco-wc-umruestsatz.html?manufacturers=jabsco
But the price was so close to a new comfort size bowl that I decided to go with that instead.

Nooooo don’t go fit the conversion kit …I bought 2 pieces to convert my Jabsco bowls 3-4 years ago
1. Super loud, you can’t imagine
2. By design , if the pressure of the outlet is high due to solid waste , it recirculates through the bowl jet rim the waste and looks awful
3. Expensive
4. The white paint of the motor case it start to degrade after 3 years .

I am still keeping one , does the job , very easy to install and uninstall

I read everywhere that conversion kits are very loud, and much better to replace the whole system for an electric one. Mine are manual, ok for sailors, but not ok when inviting onboard people from the grounded civilisation.
