Yesterday I was checking the rudder post and I saw a lot of dust and dirt around. At the beginning I thought that the water was entering from the bottom but then I realised that it was from the top.
The boat is a 44 (2003) and I think that the layout is quite similar to other sizes of the same era. In any case I attach some pictures.
Is this normal? I mean, do I have to admit that small leaks or is there any way to avoid it?
