try Clipper in Steve Gunn, said he could sell my Bavaria 30 in a month, and he did! not the cheapest, but sold it. If you have a Bav for sell, that where Bav buyers go first. Top agent 10/10.

Wouldn't a better solution be to find somewhere else to park it?

Everywhere else seems more expensive, we are in oceon village,  just had the increase for next year same thing last year but i bit the bullet what has really p------ed me off is we are about to become a massive building site starting Jan about 50yds from my boat building hotel already have 3 massive blocks of flats under construction every weekend covered in dust, hambles megga bucks lymington the same portsmouth not that much cheaper so i reckon i will go back to where i started 30ft, dont wont to give up altogether but finding hard to justify the mooring fees

There's Deacons at Bursledon (about £4k), or move to Gosport or Port Solent (there are always people with 11m moorings to sub-let at Port Solent, usually for about £300/mth).

Leave the south coast and look at the east coast. Cheaper pricesn marinas and swinging moorings available  and more challenging sailing.
Try it for a year.
