Anyone know the manufacturer or supplier of the saloon ventilator which enters at deck and exits on saloon roof?

I'm pretty sure they are Plastimo standard fittings. My plastic one broke and I replaced it with a much stronger metal equivalent from plastimo which fitted perfectly and was easy to change.
