Hi all,
I have just installed the above charger to improve the output of the Valeo 60A alternator (standard on the MD22L-B engine). The connection is indeed simple as I just had to switch the cables from the battery isolator to the AtoB charger.
But there is still the yellow cable from the battery to the regulator inside the alternator. I‘m not sure if I can leave it in place. It works, but I‘m worried if the regulator would interfere with the AtoB charger.
Is there anybody out there who solved this problem. Grateful for any advice!
