If you own a Vision 46 or 42 check the underside of the Lewmar acrylic deck hatches.
Current versions have supports in each corner to support where the hatches overhang the frame (see attached photo)
Versions fitted to earlier boats (mine is 2012) don't have these supports.
Two of my hatches cracked when I stepped on them when stowing the mainsail.
You can get these supports from Lewmar to retro fit.
If you don't have them I'd suggest you get them as the hatches are expensive (£600) to replace and Lewmar won't accept any liability for breakages even though this modification suggests a design fault.
