Bavaria 30
« on: July 14 2013, 18:33 »
Missing the water, so looking at buying a Bav again, and just starting to look around - need to sell a property first though!  I like the look of the Bav 30, but as we would like to stay on board for a few days at a time, can someone please tell me how long the forward vee berths are, and also the length of the cabin seats (for afternoon naps!).  I am pretty sure the 34 would suit better, but the 30 looks really nice.
We did have a 36, but sold a few years back to return to mobos.
Thanks

cant give you measurements at present but forward double berth fine for two adults, a six foot plus can sleep on either side main cabin, rear cabin you can sleep 3! Heads headroom bit low is your taller than 5ft.10in.

Great yacht and sails really well, i owned a 2007 for 2years before going to a bav37  3 cabin.

Thanks Ray - we've found one to look at this weekend to check out, but I think a 32 or 34 might suit us better.  We'll see....

Cheers
