cockpit locker drains
« on: May 08 2021, 09:05 »
Do Bavaria put drains for the cockpit lockers.

I need to remove the covers for a while and I don't want the lockers to be filled with rain.

There are a couple of through fittings on the transom which don't appear to function as  locker drains.

My boat is a Bav 41 cruiser 2003.

Can anyone assist.

Regards

Aquapore.

There are no drains from the cockpit lockers.

A very good idea if you keep fuel/gas bottle in them.

I don't think they were intended to be fuel storage lockers...

I keep my spare gas bottle in a plastic drum in the anchor locker, self draining and out of the way . Geoff
