« on: August 23 2024, 20:26 »
Who ever uses a Rocna on a B34 2000 era…. What size do you use and has it been successful?

Thanks

I have a Rocna 15Kg on my B35E 1999 (same size as the 34). It works fine and fits my roller without problem.

There is plenty of evidence supporting the high holding power of New Generation anchors, not just the Rocna, but others like the Vulcan from the same supplier, Spade and Epsilon for example. The last one is worth considering as it performs as well as other and is half the price.

Your boat is right at the lower end of the 15/16kg recommendation for most NG anchors so is more than adequate.
