I did a search for the type and model number on ebay, and it came up within seconds and was ordered there and then. I’ll go and have a look to see if I’ve still got the firms receipt, and get back to tou.

Hi Mike, the breaker I purchased was a “GET SHUPA 25A 30MA RCD CAT. NO 25R30 RCCB 2 POLE“  £35.99
Ive also just done a quick ebay search and several alternatives came up but not that specific manufacturer. The seller was :-
NIJOLE ASTROMSKIENE
2H Hyde Park Mansions,
Chapel Street,
Marylebone,
London
NW1 5BL

Unfortunately no contact details on receipt other than the address. You might get something very similar from your local electrical supplier.

Fitting should be on a DIN (omega) rail with plastic tabs that snap on to lock it in place. Very straight forward stuff, nothing complicated.

Why do you have to replace it? Is it broken? Or is it advisable to change them every so often? First boat with 240v for me so apologies if its a daft question!

It is starting to be difficult to lock on , for the moment am leaving in the on position. Not convinced it is attached to a DIN rail. Salty posted with a description of his unit that burned out.

This type of automatic breaker is basically maintenance-free. Only the connections should be checked for tightness from time to time (due to vibrations). If it burns-out, welds itself or trips frequently, 99% of the time the breaker is not the cause and the underlying issue should be investigated and rectified.
