That's an NH type industrial blade fuse. NH00 is the physical size and must match. 125A is the fused current, which must also match. gG is the type of protection, which should match as well.
If all of the above match, you can safely use it.
The voltage doesn't matter in boat applications because it will always be far above the 12/24V used.
3NA2 / 3NA3 is part of the manufacturer's model number, which doesn't matter (and neither does the manufacturer).
The physical width doesn't matter except in situations where the fuse holder is mounted with limited surrounding space. So if that's an issue, you'll have to look up the dimensions, but on our boat it's not a problem.
