I don’t know what they are called either, maybe bearing runners, but on my B36(2002) they appear to be made from some kind of soft(ish) plastic, of lesser hardness than the acrylic companionway sliding hatch. They have countersunk holes for the securing screws, and of a depth such that the tops of the screws cannot scratch the sliding hatch.
I would suggest that you take one of them off to use as a sample, and that you go and visit one of the plastics firms on one or other nearby industrial estate to ask them to provide you with two narrow strips of a similar plastic of suitable dimensions, and that you then re-affix these new strips into place, and hopefully you will be able to do it all yourself.
