So our only solution is to make one handmade like the old ones, less electronic.
That's probably the best way anyways. Always hated those newer generation panels with their pointless and difficult to troubleshoot/repair electronics.
I can recommend
Schaeffer for the replacement panel. They have a software that you download, in which you design the custom panel yourself, with all the holes and corners and everything you need for your switches, gauges, breakers, LEDs and so on. Every hole and rounded corner costs a few cent, which adds up though. So you pick what breakers, switches and meters you want and then design a custom panel around those. Quite a bit of work, but not difficult, and when done, you'll have spares and can fix the bloody thing with onboard tools and supplies, no electronics involved.
