What type of head are the toe rail screws?

Looking at them they look like Philips but not exactly - the slots seem to be a bit shorter and the inner corner a bit round.
Or is it a Philips and only because of the size they seem a bit more "open"?
If it is - what Philips size is it?

I had to remove the aft fairleads on Rampage to repair some damage. I used a Phillips driver bit to do the job and it worked fine.

It's a Phililps (and not a Frearson).
