Had the same problem (very common). Not sure if Bavaria still supply spare doors. Ours was repaired very skilfully by cutting off the lower 50cm or so of the panel and gluing a new piece on. Not a perfect match but looks OK and has stood up to now 7 years use. To avoid, always ensure the door and frame is wiped dry after using the shower.

Do anyone know where to buy new doors to heads (WC) for model B47 cruiser 2001?

I've got the same problem, but I think it's just the veneer lifting. I plan to fix it with some PVA glue and a hot iron.

How about prevention. Is there an issue with the grade of finish used on the door? One would expect for a wet area, that the finish should be waterproof. Is it worthwhile resealing or applying a coat of sealant on to teh door?

Hi Guys
Ive had a similar issue, i took my two head doors to a local joiner / cabnet maker and they sanded off the original veneer then replaced it, stained it, then applied five coats of Mirrortone two pack urethane at 75% sheen level and i tell you and iam fussy i cant pick the difference from one side to the other and surrounding woodwork. Im very very very happy, cost me just on AUS$1200.00 way cheaper than new doors.
Cheers :)) :tbu

I have fitted a plastic track with a curtain that covers the door, no water gets on the wood, use shower all the time in Biscay, hope this helps.
