You can order it from info@boatstuff.se
Display was about (about 50 EUR) plus shipping
I replaced mine a few weeks ago, easy to do. See also:

I decided not t replace it and instead installed an electromechanical display inside near the electric switches panel. Simply connect it to the alternator.

Did much the same myself, but not sure about which connection on the alternator so connected it to the on/off button on the engine control panel. Obviously not quite so accurate, but as the boat hasn't had a working hour counter since some time before I bought it in 2010 until now, any inaccuracy will help to account for the missing hours.
Mine was fitted inside the cabin on the engine room bulkhead at the top of the companionway, which seemed like a good idea at the time, but fitting it single handed was not easy. So that location is not recommended so far as the actual fitting of it is concerned, but it is easy to read.

Chances are the old one is still working but the display is not due to moisture. (who would suspect that yacht instruments could get moist?)  Try removing the tacho and drying the instrument for a few days in a warm and well ventilated dry space and you may be delighted to be able to read it again!

My hours log hasn't worked for years. I do get random displays of actual hours - once or twice a year - and always check the display when switching on the engine. I record my engine hours in a column in the ship's log and keep a running total to help with regular maintenance e.g. oil change. When I do get a 'real' reading I use this to correct the running total. I did try the 'remove and keep in a warm place for a week' one winter but this didn't help.
