Hi Jon,
The following are measurements taken from my B36/2002 with twin aft cabins. The doorway opening for what it's worth is 470mm, the door itself is slightly larger, but this is not the measurement you need. The useable width of the door opening on the starboard side is 438mm due to the proximity of the edge of the chart table which prevents the door from opening further. On the port side, again the opening is 470mm, but again this is not the limiting width where because of the door opening against the cupboard next to the oven, the limiting width of the remaining available space is 450mm. In each case you will need to reduce the width of whatever you want to pass through the doorway by a further couple of millimetres in order to avoid scratching the door or frame. Removing the door would allow an absolute maximum width of 470mm (but again this is most likely to result in scratched woodwork unless you allow a further couple of millimetres clearance). To remove the door requires removal of two screws on each of the two hinges. (pain in the butt if you intend frequent movement of the fridge).
