Bavaria 38 Ocean Windscreen Catch Mechanism
« on: November 16 2016, 19:32 »
I have a Bavaria 38 Ocean. The centre window in the windscreen has two adjustable struts either side. One end of these is fitted to a catch/locking mechanism that is attached to the moveable window. The centre spindle of this catch, being aluminium, has corroded over the years. I applied a little bit too much force this year and the centre spindle broke. Any ideas on a source of these or a replacement ?

Thanks

Hi Ant, thanks for your reply. Sadly the boat is in Greece at the moment and I'm back in the UK. I have the strut with me but not the catch at the end of it. I believe its the same for all the ocean range so maybe another member could help with a photo
