I'm not familiar with your specific boat model, but on my B36(2002) the bolts that hold the furling line clutch go into a bonded in aluminium plate. The plate however on my boat is fitted in way of the port side cockpit storage locker so while I have been able to remove the bolts, it would not have been difficult to re-drill and tap or through bolt in the event that the stainless securing bolts had seized and then broke off during attempts to remove them.
