Warped fridge lid
« on: September 11 2016, 08:54 »
:( Any one else suffer from this very annoying problem.?
We are on our 3rd lid, and this one warped as well, bowing considerably. We do use the boat all summer, so its on for months at a time, but surely this should not happen?

Any one any ideas or cures?

Mine's warped very slightly, but not enough that I'm particularly concerned.

My fridge kid hasn't warped as far as I can tell but I do notice my two sink covers warp slightly during the season but seem to flatten in the winter.

Strange, mine warp slightly during winter, but fine come spring...

Mine is warped slightly. Only happened in the last 6 months. I will keep an eye on it, but it is ok at the minute.

The countertop fridge lid in my 2007 Vision 40 warped somewhat due to the temperature difference inside and out. I glued a half inch layer of foam insulation to the bottom side of the lid and we keep the top covered with a small mat. No warping.
