B37 2006 sailpack system.

After nearly 10 years my sailpack system is on its last legs.  Needs replacement zip and stitching in several places.  Decision made to replace. Advice needed - the existing has always been "oversized and baggy and apart from the sail head section could pack nearly double the volume of sail. It is the Bavaria factory fitted system.  Now the crunch . Need suggestions on price and supplier and also owners with similar setup. Anyone have replacement made up from original template? Can probably use existing batten although snapped at one end!!

Bavaria canvas work is poor - probably lucky for it to have lasted that long!

No need to copy the original. Stackpacks are custom made and there are many different detail variations on the theme. If you are in the UK then all the major sailmakers offer them. I have had two made by Kemps in Wareham www.kemps.com. they will give you a chart to measure your boom and you can discuss with them any extra features you want. For example the new one i had made last year has mesh in the lower parts to allow for drainage.
