Bavaria 37 cooling liquid oil contamination

Hi Owners,
Engine VP D 1-30. After overhaul cooling liquid become contaminated with oil. Also level is decreasing.
Pls advice the possible reason.

First thought is cylinder head gasket. Is there more steam than normal from the exhaust (or black, oily speckles in the sea around the exhaust pipe)?
