Replacement washboard?

Can anyone give a recommendation for a company who can manufacture a Perspex/Plexiglass/PMMA/Acrylic washboard, using a paper template?

I would look in your local phone book under glass.  Many local glass shops will be able to cut acrylic and be able to edge it properly.   If not they should be able to provide a local shop who can.  I would try to avoid shipping cost (but that's me).  good luck

Boatcraft at Clyde Marina, Ardrossan cut a new one for our 44 from smoked plexi as the old one literally split in two. About £70 if memory serves me right. (Also did us a ply one whilst we were waiting for the perspex to come in) - excellent service.
