Spoke to darglow , they dont repair volvo props , you must have been lucky , but worn teeth very difficult or near impossible to repair , cost more than new , confirmed a few places ,
So its down route of replacement blades , strangly volvo agents didnt recognise cast in volvo part nos , however clipper knew the blade size , this threw up a number with volvo agent , which on googling back reffered to number on casting , through a swedish agents site , thankgod for google !
Ps if anyone else has this prob i can send link to table.
So in short buying a new set blades is cheapest option by far , i double checked with local trusted engineer who was suprised they had worked at all , only way to see damaged teeth is to remove blades , lucky someone had offered to polish for me 😊
I had always liked the performance of the prop , not sure of only lasting 12 years is good though
