2000 42 oven
« on: January 03 2018, 19:17 »
hello,
Ive been spending a few years rebuilding a 200 bavaria 42 and during the start of the job i threw away the oven. Now im doing the final touches and realize i have no idea what oven to use. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can put in there that will fit the old cut out, or know what the original one they put in there is, it would be a huge help.

Hi ,It will be a Techimpex. Do a search on the forum as to an alternative. Geoff

It most likely was a Techimpex 2-burner from Italy. There's a few articles around here on replacing them.

Avoid replacing with a Techimpex. There are better cookers on the market, but your choice is limited by the width of the opening and those with a separate grill are taller than the surrounding worktop. If that is OK with you then the Nelson Spinflo is worth considering.
